Highlights of The Shepard House

The front door boasts beautiful hand carving and beveled crystal glass.  The door knob is a detailed brass design and most of the hardware throughout the house is of the same design.  To the left is an umbrella rack and a boot hamper.  The floor is parquet.

The outside view of the house gives a small preview of the beautiful design and detailing of this elaborate home.  Notice the turned columns of the porch, the intricate lattice arbor, the varied shingles and the little porch on the second floor.  There's a little seating area in this bedroom with a floor to ceiling window onto the porch.  This is going to be a specially prepared area for the viewing pleasure of Snickers, the wonder dog.  It's envisioned that she will use this viewpoint to guard and protect it's occupants so everyone can feel safe and secure.
